                <div class=\"entry-content\">\n                                La Capacitat de Desplegament R\u00e0pid ser\u00e0 un instrument clau per refor\u00e7ar les nostres capacitats en mat\u00e8ria de seguretat i defensa. Es tracta d'una proposta de l'Alt Representant Josep Borrell arran de la fren\u00e8tica i dificultosa evacuaci\u00f3 de l'Afganistan a l'estiu del 2021, que va posar en evid\u00e8ncia la necessitat de disposar de forces pr\u00f2pies preparades per actuar amb celeritat en ambients hostils.\n<br><br>\n\u00c9s el moment de dotar la nostra Uni\u00f3 de totes les capacitats i estructures necess\u00e0ries per actuar de manera efica\u00e7 per protegir els nostres ciutadans, els nostres principis i valors, i els nostres interessos al m\u00f3n. Aquest informe recolza plenament la seva creaci\u00f3 i implementaci\u00f3 i presenta propostes sobre com s'haurien d'articular alguns dels elements principals.            <\/div>\n   <div class=\"entry-content\">\n                                El multilateralisme, la voluntat d'ordenar el m\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e0leg, les normes i les institucions comunes, est\u00e0 en crisi. Si b\u00e9 el sistema multilateral continua sent la millor f\u00f3rmula per resoldre els desafiaments globals complexos en un m\u00f3n interdependent, cal recon\u00e8ixer les limitacions de l\u2019estructura institucional actual i abordar-ne la reforma i la reconstrucci\u00f3 amb l'objectiu de guanyar en efic\u00e0cia, inclusivitat i orientaci\u00f3 a resultats.\n<br><br>\nUn debat que el Parlament Europeu aborda amb l'informe sobre la UE i la defensa del multilateralisme, del qual Javi L\u00f3pez n'ha estat ponent. Consolidar una UE com a actor geopol\u00edtic real i influent \u00e9s fonamental per defensar amb m\u00e9s efic\u00e0cia un ordre global basat en regles i normes.\n<br><br>            <\/div>\n <div class=\"entry-content\">\n                                Un aire net \u00e9s essencial per a la salut humana, la qualitat de vida i el medi ambient. Segons l'Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut, la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica representa el risc mediambiental m\u00e9s gran per a la salut a Europa, que provoca prop de 400.000 morts prematures a l'any. Aix\u00ed ho constata l'informe d'implementaci\u00f3 de les Directives de Qualitat de l'Aire de qu\u00e8 Javi L\u00f3pez va ser ponent.\n<br><br>\nUn nombre elevat d'Estats membres incompleixen de manera sistem\u00e0tica les normes vigents de qualitat de l'aire i no han adoptat prou mesures per millorar la qualitat de l'aire. En aquest sentit, l'Informe proposa situar la lluita contra la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica al centre del Pla de Recuperaci\u00f3, integrant-la en tota la legislaci\u00f3 de la UE. R\u00e0pid ser\u00e0 un instrument clau per refor\u00e7ar les nostres capacitats en mat\u00e8ria de seguretat i defensa. Es tracta d&#8217;una proposta de l&#8217;Alt Representant Josep Borrell arran de la fren\u00e8tica i dificultosa evacuaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Afganistan a l&#8217;estiu del 2021, que va posar en evid\u00e8ncia la necessitat de disposar de forces pr\u00f2pies preparades per actuar amb celeritat en ambients hostils.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el moment de dotar la nostra Uni\u00f3 de totes les capacitats i estructures necess\u00e0ries per actuar de manera efica\u00e7 per protegir els nostres ciutadans, els nostres principis i valors, i els nostres interessos al m\u00f3n. Segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut, la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica representa el risc mediambiental m\u00e9s gran per a la salut a Europa, que provoca prop de 400.000 morts prematures a l&#8217;any. Aix\u00ed ho constata l&#8217;informe d&#8217;implementaci\u00f3 de les Directives de Qualitat de l&#8217;Aire de qu\u00e8 Javi L\u00f3pez va ser ponent.<\/p>\n<p>Un nombre elevat d&#8217;Estats membres incompleixen de manera sistem\u00e0tica les normes vigents de qualitat de l&#8217;aire i no han adoptat prou mesures per millorar la qualitat de l&#8217;aire. En aquest sentit, l&#8217;Informe proposa situar la lluita contra la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica al centre del Pla de Recuperaci\u00f3, integrant-la en tota la legislaci\u00f3 de la Aix\u00ed ho constata l&#8217;Informe del Parlament Europeu \u201cCombatre la desigualtat com a palanca per al creixement i la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3\u201d, del qual Javi L\u00f3pez en va ser el ponent.<\/p>\n<p>La desigualtat no nom\u00e9s erosiona la confian\u00e7a social i el suport a les institucions, segons l&#8217;informe, sin\u00f3 que frustra la innovaci\u00f3 i acaba soscavant la mateixa economia. En aquest sentit, l&#8217;Informe proposa enfortir les relacions entre la UE i Llatinoam\u00e8rica per defensar un creixement inclusiu, combatre el canvi clim\u00e0tic o promoure la igualtat de
